Vall d'Hebron Research Institute (VHIR) is a public

develops innovative biomedical research at the University Hospital
Vall d'Hebron. VHIR is committed to developing solutions to improve
citizens’ health and contributing to scientific, educational,
social and economic progress within its areas of expertise. VHIR is
seeking a Clinical Trials Assistant to join the Physiology and
Pathophysiology of the Digestive Tract Research Group, within the
area of Inflammatory Bowel Disease. Main responsibilities and
duties: Coordinate/Manage clinical trials Give support in
extraction and processing of samples Collaborate with data analysis
Proactive, dynamic and outstanding organizational skills are
required Education and qualifications: Required: Degree in
Medicine, specialty in Gastroenterology Fluency in Catalan,
Spanish, English (business level) Experience and knowledge:
Required: Experience in clinical and preclinical research
activities Experience in clinical monitoring of biological
treatment in IBD Experience with data acquisition software (IBD
management program®) Strong sense of responsibility, initiative and
self-motivation Ability to work independently and as a team
Desirable: Knowledge of databases, statistical analysis Accredited
experience in clinical trials is desirable Labour conditions:
Working hours : Part-time (30 hours per week). Starting date : As
soon as possible. Gross annual salary : Remuneration will depend on
experience and skills. Salary ranges are consistent with our
Collective Agreement pay scale. Contract type : Technical and
scientific activities contract linked to project activities
