This role will play a key part in that. As Customer Success
Manager, EU Markets , you’ll help customers get up and running
well, stay engaged with the platform, and see clear value over
time. You’ll build trusted relationships, stay close to the
customer experience, spot risks early, identify opportunities, and
feed useful insight back into the wider business. This is not a
reactive support role. It suits someone who is proactive,
commercially aware, and good at building confidence with customers
from the outset. You’ll be expected to manage onboarding properly,
understand customer goals,



and help customers make the most of the
platform as their needs evolve. Given the markets covered, this
role requires fluent German and English , along with professional
