• Define and drive the overall strategy of the business unit in alignment with the group taking full ownership of the P&L.; • Oversee all operations: production, engineering, sales and support functions. • Ensure operational excellence (quality, cost, delivery, safety). • Drive business development, especially with strategic clients, defining and implementing product and industrial strategies. • Lead transformation projects (organization, operation, ERP, processes). • Report regularly on financial and operational performance. • Lead, structure and develop teams while maintaining strong engagement. • Embody and deploy the group’s culture and values locally. • Take on a full leadership role with direct impact on performance and strategy.
