The Position
As a Senior Business Analyst – Continuous Improvement Expert, you will manage end-to-end business analysis workstreams focused on improving how Workforce Enablement operates and delivers value to its consumers.
You will partner with teams, consumers, process owners and SMEs to identify operational challenges, eliminate unnecessary effort, optimize processes and shift work to the right support level, enabling faster, more reliable and cost-effective outcomes. You will combine Business Analysis with Continuous Improvement, structured problem solving, process optimization and data-driven analysis to identify root causes,



define improvement opportunities and support sustainable solutions. You will use data to measure performance and impact, and contribute to Continuous Improvement frameworks, governance, reporting and best practices across Workforce Enablement.
You will act as a trusted advisor, facilitating workshops, aligning stakeholders and translating business challenges into practical solutions and measurable outcomes.
