Role Overview Livo is building the AI-powered
operating system for the healthcare workforce . We operate at the
intersection of HR Tech, marketplaces, and applied AI, tackling one
of healthcare’s hardest problems: enabling hospitals to plan,
staff, and operate their workforce effectively while improving the
daily experience of healthcare professionals. This role is designed
for a strong, opinionated, outcome-driven Product Manager . We are
explicitly looking for someone who embodies the traits of a great
PM: deeply customer-centric, highly accountable, technically
fluent, and relentlessly focused on impact, not process for
process’ sake. As our Senior Product Manager , you will work
directly with the founder and CPTO , with real ownership over
product direction and execution. You will not act as a feature
coordinator or backlog secretary. You will be responsible for
understanding the problem better than anyone else in the room and
driving the team toward the right solution. What you’ll do Become

continuous product discovery through direct customer conversations,
field visits, and data analysis. Define clear problems to solve and
success criteria before jumping to solutions. Own the product
narrative and articulate the why, not just the what, ensuring
engineers understand business goals and user impact. Translate
insights into crisp product requirements, trade-offs, and
sequencing decisions. Maintain a focused, prioritized backlog that
reflects real business and user value. Work in lockstep with the
founder and CPTO on product strategy, roadmap decisions, and
execution. Partner closely with engineering to ship pragmatic,
high-quality solutions with an MVP mindset. Proactively identify
risks, dependencies, and capacity constraints, keeping the product
