About the Role We are looking for a senior Labor Relations and HR leader to support our growth and help build a constructive, compliant framework as we scale. This person will be the primary company representative in Workers Council for engagement and day-to-day labor relations, partnering closely with the CPO and managers. The role sits within HR and works in close coordination with the internal Legal team and external labor-law advisors across the countries where we operate. Key Responsibilities: 1.



Workers Council and Collective Labor Relationships · Act as the company's lead representative and primary contact with the Workers Council. · Prepare, coordinate, and facilitate all ordinary and extraordinary Council meetings. · Draft agendas, review Council proposals, document minutes, and ensure follow-up on commitments. · Build collaborative strategies and positions that balance stakeholder interests. · Ensure the CPO and leadership team are fully informed of key topics, obligations, and recommended approaches. 2.
