As the Head of MAITE , you are the custodian of the satellite's physical journey—from the first component assembly to the final environmental test. In this executive-level role, you will lead the strategic vision for our manufacturing and integration facilities, ensuring that our satellite systems are built to withstand the harshest environments while maintaining the highest levels of performance. The Role You will be the primary authority for the Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration, Testing, and Engineering division, bridging the gap between high-level engineering concepts and flight-ready hardware. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Oversight: Lead the strategy for satellite assembly,



integration, and testing (AIT), ensuring all production phases align with mission objectives. Operational Excellence: Optimize manufacturing workflows and cleanroom operations to meet rigorous launch schedules and quality benchmarks. Executive Leadership: Manage, mentor, and scale a multi-disciplinary engineering team, driving a culture of precision and accountability. Technical Integration: Act as the key liaison between the production floor and the design teams to implement "Design for Manufacturing" (DfM) best practices. Resource Management: Oversee departmental budgeting, facility upgrades, and equipment procurement to keep our Valencia site at the cutting edge.
