are seeking an ambitious and self-driven Freelance Sales
Representative to help us expand our client base across Europe,
with a strong focus on local businesses rather than call centers.
Your mission is to build new business relationships and generate
revenue by connecting with potential clients who need reliable
recruitment services. This is a fantastic opportunity for a
motivated salesperson who thrives on autonomy and results. You will
be working remotely, setting your own hours, and driving your own
success. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential
clients in local markets across Europe. Build and maintain strong




relationships with decision-makers. Actively reach out to
businesses via phone calls, email, and social media. Present
Recruit4Work’s recruitment solutions and negotiate agreements.
Drive business growth by generating new accounts and revenue.
Collaborate with our internal team to ensure smooth candidate
delivery and client satisfaction. What We Offer: Freelance position
based on an attractive commission structure – the more clients you
bring, the higher your earnings. No fixed hourly rate – this role
is for entrepreneurial salespeople who want to build their own
income. Flexible, remote work environment – work from home,
anywhere in Europe. Freedom to set your own schedule, but we
recommend a minimum of 25 hours per week to achieve strong results.
