Job description: We are looking for a proactive and experienced individual to join our Finance team as Finance Group Consolidation & Shareholder Reporting Lead , who will be responsible for overseeing the management consolidation and reporting processes for our multi-entity European corporate group, ensuring data integrity and strategic alignment. Drive the end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual management consolidation and reporting process. Manage the preparation, validation, and submission of shareholder reporting, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all entities. Ensure full alignment with financial consolidation principles and compliance with applicable IFRS/GAAP and Group standards. Maintain and enhance consolidation processes in SAP and SAP BPC,



ensuring data integrity and system optimization. Drive improvements in consolidation workflows, controls, and reporting templates. Participate in special projects such as M&A; integration, system upgrades, and changes in reporting standards. Coordinate with finance teams across European subsidiaries to ensure alignment on accounting treatments, closing timelines, and reporting requirements. Support external and internal audits by providing required documentation and explanations. Requirements: Experience: 4+ years of experience in group consolidation or financial reporting within a multinational environment . Previous experience in Audit and Controlling is a plus. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Technical Skills: Expertise in SAP and SAP BPC is essential, as well as data reporting tools (e.g., AFO, Power BI) . Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills. Knowledge: Solid
