Norwegian-Speaking Account Manager – Málaga, Spain
Introduction We are partnering with a leading general technology
company to recruit a Norwegian-speaking Account Manager for their
hub in Málaga, Spain . This role is designed for proactive
individuals who are passionate about the tech industry and excel at
building professional business relationships. You will be
responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, driving digital
transformation, and ensuring long-term success for business
partners in the Norwegian market. Your Role Portfolio Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for a dedicated set of business
accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Consultative Sales: Identify client needs and recommend appropriate
technology solutions to help them achieve their business goals.
Business Development: Proactively identify opportunities for
account growth through upselling and cross-selling advanced tech
services. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute account plans to
meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Product
Expertise:



Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and
product updates to provide expert advice to clients. Data
Integrity: Manage and update all client interactions and sales
pipelines accurately within the CRM system. Collaboration: Work
closely with technical support and marketing teams to ensure a
seamless experience for your clients. Your Qualifications
Languages: Native or near-native proficiency in Norwegian (C1/C2)
and a strong command of English (B2/C1). Experience: Previous
experience in sales, account management, or business development
(ideally in the IT or B2B sector). Communication: Exceptional
verbal and written communication skills with the ability to
influence and negotiate. Aptitude: A results-driven mindset with a
strong interest in cloud technologies and digital innovation.
Skills: Proficient in MS Office and experienced in using CRM tools
(e.g., Salesforce). Soft Skills: Highly org
