We’re not just building technology, we’re rewriting the rules of advertising. Your Challenge As Demand TechOps Manager EMEA, you will:



Own the operational performance and technical optimization of Seedtag’s Exchange demand across EMEA. Monitor and optimize key exchange performance metrics including bid density, win rates, CPMs, margins, and supply-demand balance. Act as the technical bridge between Demand partners (DSPs, Agencies, Curators) and internal teams to ensure optimal demand activation and scaling. Support the onboarding and technical setup of new demand partners, including DSP integrations, deal activation, and marketplace configuration. Proactively identify optimization opportunities across demand connections, deal structures, bid parameters, and exchange configurations. Troubleshoot delivery issues across the programmatic supply chain (SSP, DSP, Prebid, deal setups, throttling, floors, targeting). Work closely with Sales and Partnerships teams to support demand growth initiatives, PMP activations, and strategic demand relationships. Collaborate with Produc
