The Role Stark is scaling rapidly across multiple jurisdictions — Spain, the US (Tampa), and China (Shanghai) — with an IPO on the horizon.



Tax has historically been managed as part of a broader finance remit, supported by external advisors. That model has reached its limit. We need a dedicated tax professional who will be the internal owner of all tax positions — compliance, planning, risk management, and the processes that will support audit-ready financials for a public listing. External advisors support execution; you own the decisions. This role is the foundation of Stark’s future in-house tax function and will evolve into a leadership position as the company approaches IPO. You will ensure Stark’s tax position is defensible under IPO-level scrutiny, with documentation standards suitable for auditors, regulators, and public investors.
