ABOUT THE JOB The Spa Manager is responsible for the management and day-to-day supervision of spa operations, including the coordination of treatment services, administration and staff management, client relationship management, and monitoring service quality. Full-time position (40 hours per week) As part of their duties, he/she will be required to: Coordinate spa treatment services, ensuring that clients receive high-quality care in accordance with the hotel’s standards and protocols ; Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate spa staff to ensure professional and high-quality customer service ; Contribute to clients’ well-being through an attentive and discreet presence; Maintain high standards of safety and hygiene in compliance with applicable regulations and spa standards ; Handle appointment bookings via email, telephone, or in person ; Prepare and set up treatment rooms and spa facilities ; Deliver spa treatments in accordance with established protocols, including wellness
