Acquisition Specialist whose mission will be responsible for
managing end-to-end recruitment processes for complex and
hard-to-fill profiles, with a strong focus on direct search,
proactive sourcing, and cold candidate outreach. This role is fully




dedicated to recruitment and plays a key role in attracting and
engaging high-quality talent in a competitive market. . Key
Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for
operational and technical profiles (Refrigeration Technician, HVAC
technicians, field roles), as well as corporate positions,
processes for mid-level and senior profiles across different
functions. Execute intensive direct search and headhunting
strategies in highly competitive labor markets. Perform active
sourcing and direct search using LinkedIn, databases, networks, and
other sourcing channels. Conduct cold outreach to candidates and
generate interest in the company and its projects. Lead recruitment
processes requiring market mapping , talent research , and
competitive analysis . Screen CVs, conduct first-round interviews,
and assess candidate suitability. Drive recruitment processes where
