Mission: Deliver outstanding customer and credit management service across the full Order to Cash process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Act as a trusted partner between clients and internal teams, contributing to operational excellence and the sustainable growth of Pronovias Group. Role & responsibilities: Oversee the full order lifecycle: order entry, confirmation, shipping coordination,



invoicing, credit collection, and post-sales follow-up. Provide customer support in French for Wholesale customers , ensuring timely and professional communication. Attend and assist clients in showrooms, offering guidance and support during appointments or visits. Coordinate with internal teams (Production, Logistics, Finance, and Sales) to guarantee order accuracy and on-time delivery. Manage returns, claims, and quality issues according to company standards. Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer data in Salesforce/M3/CRM systems. Support account management activities, including reporting, order tracking, and stock updates. Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field. Fluent in French and English (written and spoken). Spanish is an asset. Minimum 2 years of
