We’re not just building technology, we’re rewriting the rules of advertising. Your Challenge As an Ad Operations Trainee , you will:



Support the operational and administrative management of digital advertising campaigns, contributing to their planning, execution, and monitoring. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the correct implementation of materials and tools required for each campaign. Analyse results and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Assist in resolving operational issues related to campaign delivery or performance, applying efficiency and client-service criteria. Contribute to performance reporting to support strategic decision-making and communication with marketing and sales teams. What You’ll Need to Succeed Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, PR, or a related field.
