To support our growth, we are looking for a: M&A; ANALYST (W/M) LONG TERM CONTRACT MADRID (Spain) or PARIS (France) Within the M&A; department, you will be supporting joint development partnership origination, asset acquisitions and the build-out of robust M&A; processes. Your main tasks will be to: CONDUCT FINANCIAL ANALYSIS AND EVALUATE INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES: Run sensitivities and scenario analysis with critical thinking and common sense, ensuring outputs are sound and decision-useful rather than mechanical. Build, maintain and stress-test financial models for the acquisition of operational, under-construction, ready-to-build (RTB) and development-stage assets (PV + BESS).
