To support our growth, we are looking for a : SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL (F/M) LONG TERM CONTRACT MADRID (SPAIN) Within the legal team, you will carry out in-house legal services and provide legal advice for the Iberian management and the business partners. Your main tasks will be : TO MANAGE THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT OF THE COUNTRY Develop the potential of team members and be the headquarters only referent. Report on the legal activities of the country Organize work and manage resources Centralize legal documentation and handle local litigation and insurance matters Participate in the development and management of legal processes Provide training on legal issues relating to the group’s activities TO SUPPORT CORPORATE TRANSACTIONS Manage and monitor the portfolio
