Agent for the Nordic B2C market Key Responsibilities: - Assist
Danish-speaking customers with their travel bookings - Provide
exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat - Offer
guidance and advice on travel packages, flights, hotels, and more -
Handle queries efficiently and provide resolutions to customer
issues Working Hours (40 hours/week): Monday to Sunday, shifts
between 9 am and 7 pm, onsite What Were Looking For: - Danish
native speaker - Proficiency in English (B2 and higher, written and
spoken) - Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Travel experience is a plus, but not required - EU member state
