What You Will Do: Deliver exceptional customer service to banking clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat channels. Assist customers with core banking issues, including account openings, password locks, transfers, and general inquiries. Manage back-office administrative tasks, ensuring thorough follow-up and tracking of any platform anomalies. Educate clients on available banking and investment options, ensuring full compliance with internal and external transparency, service information, and client protection regulations.



Actively meet defined quality standards and corporate sales/commercial objectives. Requirements: Native or C2-level proficiency in German with strong professional communication skills. Educational background in Business Administration, Mathematics, Law, or a related field is highly valued. Prior experience within the banking, financial services, or investment sector is a strong plus (but not exclusive). Proficient general IT skills, including hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Exceptional customer orientation, active listening skills, empathy, and strong analytical capacity. Proactive, results-oriented attitude with the commercial capability to discuss financial products comfortably.
