FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a hands-on Corporate Legal Manager to manage the day-to-day legal and contractual operations at Busup’s headquarters. This is a pivotal corporate position with absolute ownership of headquarters' operations and a clear,



structured path toward integral legal management. Set within a dynamic, fast-paced, international, and multicultural working environment, this role is focused on handling our core corporate needs first, with the opportunity to gradually support our international markets (Portugal, Brazil, Mexico, and the United States) as the business grows.
As a standalone role, this position is ideal for a mid-to-senior legal professional who enjoys execution and organizing daily workflows, offering real career progression opportunities to actively design, build, and eventually lead the legal department as the business scales. You will take care of our routine legal and compliance tasks at the HQ level, ensuring smooth and secure daily operations.
