and food industry clients . We are currently seeking an Internal
Communications Specialist who will lead internal communications and
internal marketing initiatives, while also supporting selected
external communication activities through corporate social media
channels. This role sits within the Human Resources team and works




closely with the HR Manager to ensure consistent, people-focused
communication aligned with business priorities. Key
Responsibilities Own and manage internal communication across the
organization, including newsletters, internal announcements,
presentations, policies, guides, and HR-related documentation.
Develop and execute internal marketing initiatives to support
engagement, culture, training, and organizational change. Support
employer branding and recruitment by creating and publishing job
postings (primarily on LinkedIn) and developing recruitment and
onboarding materials. Support the management of the company’s
LinkedIn corporate page and other social media channels used for
external visibility, in coordination with HR priorities. Create and
maintain HR corporate assets such as templates, forms,
presentations, visual guidelines, and branded materials. Design
