Responsibilities: Poland Payroll (Core Responsibility)
1. Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Poland; 2. Ensure
accuracy and timeliness of payroll execution; 3. Ensure compliance
with local regulations, including PIT, ZUS, PPK, and labor law
requirements; 4. Maintain payroll data and documentation in line
with audit standards; 5. Work closely with HR and Finance to
resolve payroll-related queries; 6. Operate payroll processes using
Optima system. Czech Payroll (Vendor Coordination) 1. Act as the
main point of contact for the external payroll vendor in the Czech
Republic; 2. Support payroll input collection, validation, and
submission; 3. Review payroll outputs and ensure accuracy and
completeness; 4. Communicate with vendor on payroll topics (Czech
language skills are a strong plus); 5. Support issue resolution and
escalation when needed.
Must-have 1. Minimum 2+ years of hands-on
Poland payroll experience 2. Good command of Polish and English
(both written and spoken) 3. Solid understanding of Poland payroll
regulations (PIT, ZUS, etc.) 4. Experience working with payroll
systems (experience with Optima is required) Nice to have 1.
Experience working with external payroll vendors 2. Exposure to CEE
