WHO ARE WE? Sateliot is a Barcelona-based Startup in thea New Space sector, becoming the first satellite telecommunications operator that will provide general and continuous connectivity to all the elements that will make up the massive Internet of Things (IoT) universe under the 5G protocol . In order to do so, Sateliot is launching a constellation of last generation nanosatellites , located at low altitude that act as mobile towers. Sateliot is the perfect complement for large telecommunications companies by providing them with the necessary infrastructure where terrestrial technologies do not arrive. YOUR MISSION Responsible for providing technical support to IoT VAS companies in both lab and field environments, including occasional travel to the partner’s country when on-site assistance is required YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS Provide hands-on technical support to Value-Added Service (VAS) companies integrating IoT NTN technology, both in the lab and during field deployments. Assist VAS partners with device setup, testing,



and troubleshooting throughout their validation and onboarding phases. Travel to partner or pilot sites when necessary to support field activities and ensure successful integration. Guide VAS partners in the use of test environments, network access, and configuration of communication modules. Collect, analyze, and report test results to ensure proper system behavior and service performance. Collaborate closely with internal technical teams to resolve integration issues and improve partner experience. Contribute to documentation and improvement of technical support processes for VAS integration. REQUIREMENTS Degree in Telecommunications or Electronics Engineering. Experience working with IoT communication modules (e.g., Nordic, Quectel, u-blox) and configuring AT Commands. Knowledge of IP networking (TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, VPN).
