A Customer Support Representative (Danish) is
responsible for assisting customers via chat, email, and phone,
helping resolve queries efficiently while delivering a high level
of customer service. The role involves handling account-related
issues, providing product or platform support, troubleshooting
basic problems, and ensuring a positive customer experience in a
fast-paced international environment. 39h: M-F, 9-18. For an
electric vehicle brand projects, candidates must have previous
experience or strong knowledge of electric vehicles — this is
considered paramount for the role. Location: Barcelona (prefered)/
