The position: We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Marketing Manager to lead the marketing activities for our Heating & Pool Covers categories & Automation in the pool industry. This role will support our commercial strategy in key international regions (including DACH) and ensure alignment between product positioning, sales enablement, and market competitiveness. You will work cross-functionally with Global Product managers, Sales & local marketing teams, and Global Digital team to develop the business & drive growth.



? Main accountabilities: Your role will cover two main areas: Product Marketing & Strategy and Go-to-Market. Product Marketing & Strategy ? Analyze and monitor market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies across target regions. Build a good understanding of the market focused on: Consumer purchase and usage behavior. Competition knowledge. Trends inside and outside our industry Requests from commercial companies. Identify product needs and opportunities to maintain and grow a competitive portfolio. Develop & manage the product roadmap for the categories in coordination with the General Product Management Team. Collaborate closely with Local sales teams (commercial companies/countries) to collect feedback and define market-fit actions.
