agent systems from 0 to 1 Architect distributed systems for
enterprise healthcare environments Work across LLMs, agent
orchestration, tool calling, multi-turn routing, and MCP
integrations Own system architecture, scalability, and reliability
Stay deeply hands-on while providing technical guidance to other
engineers What we're looking for 7+ years building complex
production systems Recent hands-on experience as a Staff,
Principal,



Senior ML/AI, or Senior Software Engineer Proven from 0
to 1 startup engineering experience Strong Python and ML/AI
engineering background Shipped experience with AI agents, tool
calling, agent harnesses, or multi-turn systems Strong systems
thinking and distributed-systems experience High agency and comfort
operating in ambiguous early-stage environments Based in Europe /
EMEA Strong advantages Healthcare or clinical systems experience
HIPAA, audit trails, or regulated-data environments Deep Data
Science / Machine Learning background Advanced agent
infrastructure, MCP, routing, and prompt-management experience
Previous experience at high-growth AI-native startups Strong Math,
Physics, Computer Science, ML, or related academic background If
