ABOUT THE JOB We are seeking a Kitchen Intern M/F to join our team at Montesol Experimental. Your duties and responsibilities will be the following: Assist in the food preparation process Cook and prepare elements of high-quality dishes Prepare vegetables, meats and fish Support the Head Chef with deliveries and restocking Clean kitchen stations Maintain a high level of food quality, exceeding our guests’ expectations Adhere to quality, hygiene and cleanliness standards Apply all Health & Safety and food quality regulations ABOUT YOU To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude and skills that follow: Experience in a similar role Have a strong team spirit Attention to details and customer needs Good organisational skills Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations Be well spoken with excellent communication skills Experience Experimental Throughout your experience, you will be part of a stimulating and innovative environment.
