About the Role We are looking for an entrepreneurial and analytical Product Manager – Finance Operations to help design, build, and launch financial products and partnerships that give our farmers access to credit and working capital. You will work closely with our Head of Finance Operations to extend CrowdFarming’s financial ecosystem beyond payments and reconciliation — building new products, integrating external financing partners,



and delivering scalable solutions that help farmers grow their businesses. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision Define and drive the product roadmap for our marketplace payment flows between farmers, consumers, partners, from discovery and partnership design to launch and continuous improvement. Design a scalable financial infrastructure that supports credit, multi currency and financing products across multiple EU and international markets.
