The selected candidate will join the People team as a People Operations Specialist with a focus on payroll and compensation & benefits processes within the EAT region (Europe, Africa & Turkey), giving service to approximately 350 employees. This role is designed for a professional with initial experience in payroll who is looking to grow into a broader People Operations Specialist position, gaining exposure to different areas such as employee administration, vendor coordination and HR operations. ?️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day Payroll & Personnel Administration (Regional Scope)



The selected candidate will support payroll and personnel administration activities across Spain and selected countries within the EAT region. Coordinate payroll data (variables, hires, terminations, absences, sickness, etc.) ensuring deadlines are met. Liaise with external payroll providers to ensure smooth payroll execution. Support payroll review processes together with senior team members. Assist in ensuring compliance with local labor, tax and social security regulations. Act as point of contact for employee queries related to payroll and administration. Prepare employment documentation (contracts, salary changes, terminations, etc.). Maintain accurate personnel files and HRIS records. Compensation & Benefits Support the coordination of compensation and benefits processes across the region.
