As a Business Process Owner , you will work with an own methodology aimed to analyse and assess the current processes in each department, site and region against how general process are set in Fluidra. This will help you identify the gaps and design an action plan in order to set common criteria, share best-practices and enable, at the end, top performing and higher efficiency, with the support of the systems and technology integration across the divisions.
