Mission : The position of Kinaxis IT Manager is designed to oversee the end-to-end implementation and ongoing management of the Kinaxis platform across Fluidra’s global operations.



This role demands a combination of deep technical knowledge of Kinaxis and strong leadership capabilities to ensure alignment with corporate strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale Kinaxis projects, a strong technical background, and the ability to lead a diverse team of resources. Your responsibilities: Program Leadership : Lead the overall Kinaxis implementation program, ensuring alignment with Fluidra's strategic goals and objectives. Platform Accountability : Serve as the global IT manager for the Kinaxis platform, overseeing the strategic project roadmap, maintenance, and evolution. Project Governance: Establish and maintain robust project governance structures, including steering committees, project boards, and regular status reporting.
