looking for a: ASSET MANAGER (W/M) LONG TERM CONTRACT MADRID
(Spain) / ROME (Italy) / MILAN (Italy) Within the Asset Management
department, you will oversee the financial performance of solar
power plants. Your main tasks will be : THE MANAGEMENT AND
OPTIMISATION OF THE ASSET PORTFOLIO : Acting as the direct point of
contact with co-investors by supporting and facilitating
co-investment partnerships Preparing for and chairing company
governance bodies (supervisory board, executive committee, general
meeting, board of directors, etc.) Ensuring compliance with legal
and contractual obligations towards co-investors Managing, in
conjunction with the finance team, the stages involved in the
financial structuring of a project Managing and invoicing asset
management contracts Monitoring and optimising the profits and
losses of photovol
