WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE Reporting to the Head of Transformation Office , the Transformation Project Manager leads critical commercial transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment between strategy, processes, and technology. With strong delivery capabilities and a change management mindset, you will support global adoption of new processes and systems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead strategic Pricing, CRM, and Order‑to‑Cash programs. Coordinate global stakeholders and cross‑functional teams. Drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives. Facilitate change adoption across the global Commercial organization. Provide strategic insights to senior leadership. WHAT WE SEEK Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology. MBA preferred. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications preferred. Change management certification (e.g., Prosci)
