and social channels Engage customers at every stage of the sales funnel and drive them toward conversion Identify and reach alternative decision-makers using tools like Sales Navigator and desk research Strictly follow response-time SLAs and structured sales cadences Proactively manage and accelerate your sales pipeline Accurately document all interactions in Salesforce CRM Transition qualified opportunities to the onboarding team for seamless customer handover Track, review, and report daily, monthly, and quarterly metrics to exceed sales targets This role requires both sales discipline and strategic thinking — you won't just follow leads; you'll create opportunities.
