About the Role Are you a driven sales professional
with a passion for building relationships and helping businesses
grow? We are looking for an ambitious English-speaking Account
Executive to join a dynamic international team in Spain. In this
role, you will manage the complete sales cycle—from identifying
business opportunities to closing deals and nurturing long-term
client relationships. You'll work in a fast-paced, multicultural
environment where your success is recognized and rewarded. Key
Responsibilities Develop and manage a portfolio of prospective and
existing B2B clients. Identify new business opportunities through
outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals. Conduct product
demonstrations and sales presentations via phone, video meetings,
and email. Understand customer needs and recommend tailored
business solutions. Negotiate commercial agreements and
successfully close new business opportunities. Build and maintain
strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Manage the entire
sales pipeline using CRM tools. Achieve and exceed monthly and




quarterly sales targets. Collaborate closely with Customer Success,
Marketing, and Operations teams. Monitor market trends and
competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Prepare
sales forecasts and performance reports. Requirements fluent
English (C2). Previous experience in B2B Sales, Business
Development, Account Management, or Account Executive roles. Strong
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent
relationship-building abilities. Goal-oriented with a strong
commercial mindset. Experience working with CRM platforms
(Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, or similar). Comfortable working in
a KPI-driven environment. Strong organizational and time management
skills. Ability to work independently while being a collaborative
team player. EU citizenship or legal authorization to work in
