ABOUT THE JOB We are seeking a Receptionist M/F to join our team at Menorca Experimental.



Your duties and responsibilities will be the following: Greet and assist all guests as soon as they come in. Manage all operations involving the customer's visit to the reception: check-in, check-out, currency exchange, invoicing, accommodation, information, bookings, concierge services. Respond to all guest questions and requests, offering a personalized service adapted to each request. Ensure that a high level of customer service is always provided, respecting our quality standards. In coordination with the Front Office Manager, deal with customer complaints. Ensure good communication and coordination between the hotel's departments (Housekeeping, and F&B;). Coordinate security at the front desk in order to maintain a high level of safety for all our guests, goods and material, including key inventory and guest’s belongings.
