Your mission ? As Growth Strategy Operations, your mission is to design, manage, and optimize the "engine" that powers our Consumer Business division (B2C). You will be the architect of our operational flow, ensuring that every product—from our global warehouses to the final customer or retailer—moves with maximum efficiency and minimum friction. Your role is critical for our scaling:



you will take the lead in integrating our division’s specific needs into Innovamat’s global operational machine. You’ll start by mastering the execution (forecasting, stock management, and logistics) with the clear goal of building a world-class supply chain that allows us to dominate the Spanish and Italian markets and beyond. Your day to day at Innovamat ? Supply Chain & Retail Orchestration: Act as the strategic link between the Consumer division and the Central Ops teams. You will manage the end-to-end operational relationship with distributors and retail partners, ensuring Enigmath is always available and perfectly presented on the shelf. Strategic Demand Planning: Own the production cycle and inventory health. You will develop sophisticated models to predict demand, preventing stockouts while optimizing working capital across our integral hubs (ES, IT, MX, US).
