Operating in a high-level technical presales capacity, you will drive cloud adoption and secure new customer wins using Level 300 expert knowledge across a specific Microsoft solution area ( Modern Workplace, Data & BI, Apps & Infra, or Business Applications ). This role sits at the intersection of complex technical architecture and strategic business development, serving as the key technical anchor for the commercial sales team. Your Role & Responsibilities Drive cloud sales opportunities and maximize up-sell/cross-sell pipelines by matching Microsoft Cloud value propositions to enterprise client business objectives.



Present complex technical architectures and high-level product overviews to both technical and non-technical customer audiences over Microsoft Teams. Execute quick technical feasibility assessments, audit implementation requirements, and create accurate pricing projections for custom cloud solution designs. Act as the primary Level 300 technical consultant and point of contact for the corporate tele-sales team. Accelerate deployment planning, migration strategies, and adoption frameworks for cloud-based productivity, security, and collaborative infrastructure. Design and deliver group or one-on-one technical training sessions across the center to upgrade team-wide technical acumen. Consistently meet and exceed team-level monthly, quarterly, and annual net-new revenue targets and sales pipeline metrics.
