The Role We're looking for a Junior Process Engineer to help us build world-class manufacturing processes from the ground up. You'll design fixtures and tooling, develop assembly workflows,



and work side-by-side with our design and operations teams to make sure every Stark motorcycle is built to the highest standard - fast, precise, and right first time. What You’ll Do Design fixtures, jigs, and tooling for machining and assembly processes, with a focus on manufacturability, ergonomics, and precision Lead and coordinate supplier projects for the development of assembly benches and workstations Develop process flows and draft work instructions for manufacturing and assembly operations Manage procurement activities and coordinate with external suppliers for tooling and equipment Drive continuous improvement initiatives in close collaboration with design engineering and operations What you will bring to Stark Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field) 1–3 years of experience in process engineering, with hands-on involvement in mechanical, machining, or assembly environments CAD modelling capabilit
