The Mission: This role is an individual contributor reporting to the Director of Labor Relations We are seeking a Senior HRBP to act as a strategic partner to clinical and operational leadership. In this hybrid role, you will balance high-level HR with technical Labor Relations The Role: Shape and implement HR strategies, policies,



and standardized processes to meet current and future organizational needs. Improve our performance review, supporting the management in delivering review KPIs and updating our policies. Partner with leaders to align human capital strategy with business objectives. Provide coaching to leadership on organizational design, talent planning, and change management. Analyze workforce pulse (surveys, turnover data) to identify trends. Develop and execute retention strategies and culture-building initiatives.
