Join our team to navigate this challenge together We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer specialized in Green Ammonia Technology to join our newly created and fast-growing Track and Services Division. This unit focuses on delivering high-value engineering solutions for the steel industry, with a strong commitment to energy transition and a low-carbon economy. Role purpose: The selected professional will lead the development and optimization of green ammonia production processes, integrating advanced technologies and renewable energy sources to enhance efficiency and sustainability. Location: ?Madrid, Spain Work Modality: ?Hybrid work model : two days of remote work per week. Versátil working hours and intensive workday schedule during the summer months. Responsibilities: ? Design, develop and optimize industrial processes for green ammonia production,



ensuring technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness. ? Lead projects aimed at improving energy efficiency and reducing environmental impact, from concept to FEED stages. ? Apply in-depth knowledge of electrochemical processes, renewable energy integration, and process simulation. ? Ensure compliance with safety regulations, sustainability guidelines and environmental standards. ? Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, R&D;, sustainability). ? Mentor junior engineers and promote technical knowledge transfer across the team. Requirements: ?Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related disciplines. Postgraduate studies will be a plus. ?At least 10 years of experience in process engineering, with proven involvement in green ammonia, hydrogen, or related decarbonization projects. ?Demonstrated experience in conceptual
