Position Overview: As a Telesales Team Leader, you will manage a team of 10 to 15 sales agents. You will be responsible for ensuring the organization,



performance, and success of a remote telesales team. You will oversee project operations, ensure compliance with procedures, coach and motivate team members, and support their professional development.
