Were looking for a hands-on B2B new-business professional to build Outcome1.AIs presence in the Spanish market. This is an Individual Contributor role with significant ownership of the Spanish market. Youll work directly with the founders to build our sales presence in Spain from the ground up. This isnt a role where youll inherit a mature territory, a long-established playbook and a large inbound pipeline. Youll help build the market
What you will do:
Youll own the commercial development of Spain, identifying and engaging mid-market companies that could benefit from Outcome1.AIs Digital Employees. You will: · Build and execute a structured sales plan for the Spanish mid-market companies, identifying and prospecting new business opportunities. · Build relationships with the adecuado ICP decision-makers across various business functions. · Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and discovery through product demonstration, negotiation and close. · Understand customer needs and effectively communicate how Outcome1.AIs Digital Employees can create business value. · Build and manage your own pipeline, moving quickly through relatively short sales cycles and consistently working toward ambitious targets. · Work closely with the founders to refine sales messaging, and market approach, sharing customer insights to help shape the business.
