We’re not just building technology, we’re rewriting the rules of advertising. Your Challenge As Ad Operations Trainee, you will:



Assist in the operational and administrative management of digital advertising campaigns, contributing to their planning, execution, and monitoring. Coordinate with different internal teams to ensure the correct implementation of materials and tools required for each campaign. Analyze results and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. Support in resolving operational issues related to campaign delivery or performance, applying efficiency and client-oriented criteria. Collaborate in the preparation of performance reports to support strategic decision-making and communication with marketing and sales teams. This is a multi-position hiring process to support different locations where Seedtag is present from our office in Madrid. Therefore, close collaboration with international teams will be required, and a very high level of English is essential, particularly for day-to-day
