- Understand customers' needs and advise them on their boat search
- Find the best deals by negotiating prices with Click&Boat; boat owners
- Work with warm leads already in the pipeline; no cold calling
- Maximize conversion rates by applying sales strategies
- Accompany customers throughout the sales process until conclusion
- Provide customers with all information relating to their booking
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Work at least one Saturday per month during the summer season according to advance planning
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Ideally, previous successful working experience in customer-facing roles
- Team player who inspires trust
- Ready to take the initiative
- Customer-satisfaction-driven attitude
- Knowledge of another language highly valued
- Boating background and interest is a plus
