As we accelerate our growth, we're looking for a highly driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to strengthen our pipeline creation engine — a high-impact role at the core of our commercial engine. Your Mission The BDR is responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities within our target segments. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, account research, and partner-driven lead generation — ensuring a predictable and high-quality pipeline for our Account Executives. This isn't a standard BDR role. As a fast-growing scale-up, we operate in an uncertain, fast-moving, and challenging environment where no day is the same.



You will collaborate directly with Sales and Marketing, engage closely with our commercial team, and help shape our outbound playbook from the ground up. What You Will Do You will report to the CRO and work cross-functionally across the business.
