About the Role This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Plaza London Victoria as a Sous Chef . In this role, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to oversee daily operations, maintain the highest culinary standards, and ensure smooth, efficient service.
The ideal candidate is a creative leader with strong organizational skills and a deep understanding of kitchen operations, food quality, and safety protocols. ? What You’ll Do Assist the Executive Chef in planning and directing all food preparation and kitchen activities. Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control to minimize waste.
