About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Paid Media Specialist to join our E-commerce team and help grow our paid media strategy across Spain and international markets.
You’ll work in a integral environment, collaborating closely with internal teams and our media agency, which handles campaign setup and activation.
We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in Paid Media—ideally from an agency background—who is excited to keep growing within an international beauty brand.

Main Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy & Management
Help define,



plan, and execute global paid media strategies across all funnel stages.
Manage and monitor campaigns mainly across Google Ads and Meta Ads, as well as other relevant channels, keeping them aligned with business goals.
Partner with our media agency on campaign planning, activation, tracking, and optimization.
Track key paid media KPIs, analyze performance, and spot areas for improvement.
Prepare creative briefs to produce the right assets for each platform and funnel stage.
Build regular performance reports, pulling out actionable insights and recommendations.
Act as a key point of contact between internal teams and the agency—sharing briefs, budgets, and goals, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Coordinate cross-functionally with Brand, E-commerce, CRM, Content, Creative, and regional market teams.
