Temporary / Adaptable Supply Work
Worldwide Education , the UKs number one supply agency, is currently looking to speak with experienced and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors who are interested in temporary day-to-day supply opportunities in the Reading area.
Successful candidates will work alongside supportive teaching staff and senior leadership teams across a variety of schools, helping to maintain a productive and safe learning environment while ensuring students continue to receive high-quality education.
The RoleAs a Cover Supervisor , you will:
- Deliver pre-set work in the absence of the classroom teacher
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively
- Support students in maintaining engagement with their learning
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and school leadership teams
- Ensure a safe and positive classroom environment

PayDaily pay rates range between £89 £105 per day , depending on:
- Experience
- Training
- Qualifications

RequirementsTo be considered for this position, you must:




- Be passionate about working with children and young people
- Have experience working in mainstream British schools
- Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
- Hold QTS / NQT status (desirable but not essential)
- Hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
